La Maida Project (LMP) is hosting three upcoming experiential workshops aimed to create a trauma-responsive and ACEs-aware culture in all the communities and settings where you engage.
LMP is working to address the mental health crisis by healing our connection to self, community, purpose, and the natural world. Our experiential education workshops emphasize the participant's felt experience in seeing how they exist in their web of personal and community relationships, their unique role within the communities they keep, and the supportive values and practices that sustain health through and with community.
These virtual 75 minute workshops are particularly suitable for individuals in social service or educational settings.
