I was recently in Banff, Alberta, a beautiful place high in the Canadian Rockies, to speak about the ACE Study at the Alberta College of Family Physicians. It was a fine meeting and a quite interested audience. Hopefully, some of the interest will translate into clinical medical practice. It hasn’t, yet. Shortly later, there was a presentation to a general audience in LA, generously hosted by the California Endowment. The subject obviously engaged the audience, as has been typically the case in similar general audience presentations. Shortly I will be up in Bellingham, Washington, then Walla Walla. My great hope is that somewhere the subject will engage some meaningful number of primary care physicians.
