The ACEs Connection Logic Model is a tool to assist with guiding and evaluating group efforts.

The goal of using this logic model is to create a common language informed by robust data, and brought to life by compelling stories of healing and recovery. The logic model helps communities use key messages to inform and inspire policymakers, practitioners, funders, the private sector, the media and the public about ACEs, resiliency and trauma-informed practices and policies.
