ACEs, homelessness and the Center for Post-Trauma Wellness

Greetings,

This is my first post.

I work as Executive Director of COTS, Committee on the Shelterless (www.cots-homeless.org). We help people experiencing homelessness, who experience a much higher incidence of ACEs than do people in the general population. At COTS we provide extensive ACEs education for our staff and program participants, including an ACEs-informed parenting program.

I also serve as Executive Director of the Center for Post-Trauma Wellness (www.posttraumawellness.net), which COTS developed to share our approach to help recovery from ACEs and other trauma. You'll find many ACEs-related resources at www.posttraumawellness.net, including links and videos.
