Great!!! It is hard to have a real evidence base for kids that are this complex. At the 25th annual Boston Trauma Conference, there was quite a bit of unhappiness with "evidenced based".

The studies that get published as evidence based are cherry picked as to whom is let into the study. The effect sizes are often marginal. In the end, the kids loose out as the real complex kids are never studied and because of this for them, there is no evidence. Thanks
