"THE Education Department told alleged victims of school sex abuse to be  resilient and "bounce back", parents claim....

"She is suffering from a serious form of anxiety depression that's left her  incapable of functioning normally," he said.

"We've only just managed to find the right psychological and psychiatric  treatment for her, which we're funding ourselves."

"He said the department's attitude was insulting.

"What these children are going through is absolutely debilitating... the  department is gambling with their mental health," he said...."
