Mental Health, Is Not An Incurable Dis-ease

NTHP - The Next Step In The Evolution of Our Healing.

Trauma is the most misdiagnosed, mistreated and ignored dis-ease in the world
today. What we currently define as trauma is at the foundation of most mental health
disorders. Fortunately, there is now a way to deal with this epidemic. The Neuro
Trauma Healing Process can bring not only relief to those who need it, but will turn
the tables on and change the way we view and deal with mental health altogether.

I am talking about the trauma that plagues the 90 + % of the people that live on the street, which includes the lost and forgotten soldiers of war; the majority of people that are on anti-depressant medication and are dealing with chronic issues, depression and suicide. These dysfunctions are wreaking havoc with these peoples lives and their families, and are negatively impacting us as a society. Creating unsafe people and therefore unsafe environments that perpetuate themselves because of our inability to understand and properly help these people. In turn this is costing us billions, yes, billions of dollars each year. As high as 671 billion in healthcare and lost wages– ( 2015).

What if all the mental, emotional and even physical, chronic pain we experience in our life was due to energy from past events and experiences trapped in our nervous system, and held in our body? What if there was a process that could release that energy from our mind and body and bring past wounds and traumas to resolution?

It is no secret that the sub-conscious mind holds the key to sustainable healing. For centuries it has been the primary focus in fields of psychology and healing, in an effort to free us from our past and to be ultimately happy. The mystery however, has been how to access this mystical well of information with certainty, in a safe and gentle manner.

Famed psychologist Carl Jung used the iceberg as a metaphor for how the human mind works. He likened the 10% of the iceberg that is visible, above the water as being the conscious mind. What we are consciously aware of and know. And the other 90% of the berg that is submerged below the water, unseen, as the sub, or unconscious mind. Things we are not consciously aware of. The subconscious is where we hold our most powerful fixed beliefs and experiences. It holds the keys not only to our healing, but is also the gateway to our higher consciousness, our inner personal guidance system.

Through this profoundly simple process we can now access what has remained un-conscious to us for so long. Making me think that maybe it was not meant to be hidden from us in the first place. Like electricity it has always been here, we just had to discover it.

For most people, the way of dealing with pain and discomfort has been to try and get rid of it. Our current medical model supports this by helping us to cut, mask or numb it out. The truth however, is this approach points us in the wrong direction, away from the cause, making resolution an impossibility. It suggests our condition is wrong, when it is in fact not. If we look compassionately within ourselves we will see there is a reason and purpose for it; and that this inner connection is the only way we can get to the cause of it and be able to bring it to resolution. Maybe there is something within us that knows this and is directing us in this way; demanding  our attention.

The question that will produce lasting healing is not the knee jerk reaction of ‘How do I get rid of this?’ but ‘What is this?’ This is the question that will help us to connect with what is going on within us, understand it and give it – us, what we need to heal. The simple the act of connecting with ‘it’ is the very foundation of our healing.

To fully grasp this, it is essential to understand how the physical, mental, and spiritual planes work together in perfect synchronicity. The dance of this trinity begins with understanding how we process incoming information and how our thinking mind and our physical body are inseparably intertwined.

Understanding Trauma

How we process what we experience in our life goes something like this... The raw data comes in through the right-brain which is sensory. It sees the colors, hears the sounds, smells the smells, and feels the sensations. It takes in and experiences the whole and the essence. It then sends that information over to the left-brain.

The left-brain is lineal and is about control, order, logic, understanding, and filing the information. If the information or event that is being processed is too scary, overwhelming, or bizarre it may be too much for the left-brain to handle and make sense of, so it cannot be filed. If this is the case it will reject it and send it back to the right-brain.

What does the right-brain do then? It does what it is supposed to do. It sees it, feels it, experiences the full sensation of it, and then once again sends it over to the left-brain to be understood and filed. If it is still too much for the left-brain to process it will send it back to the right-brain yet again, and the cycle has begun.

This cycle, of something looping in our nervous system unprocessed is termed a ‘trauma’. A trauma is an event that continues to cycle within us trying to be understood and processed, unsuccessfully. The brains primary function is self-preservation, so it will try and push this barrage of uncomfortable disruptive thoughts out of the way. Thus forcing the experience cycling within us into what becomes sub, or un-conscious. The event is still very much alive though, looping in our nervous system and held as energy in our body. What is going on inside of us on the mental / emotional level is what gets out-pictured into and as our world. Therefore this experience will reveal itself as a negative pattern in our life that brings with it the same sensations as the original event.

Trauma may not seem like the right word for everyone reading this. You may think it does not apply to you. Understand that a trauma does not always come from an intense, physical or emotional event like a car crash, the experience of war, or extreme abuse. Yes these are definite causes of trauma, but trauma can occur from seemingly harmless events, and over a longer period of time as well. Living with a high functioning alcoholic, losing a loved one, or just being in a dysfunctional family dynamic can also be causes – sometimes because we are dealing with a young and undeveloped mind.

The point I want to make here is, trauma effects people of all walks of life. It is prominent in all levels of society, and the ability to heal this rampant disorder will have a tremendously positive effect in and on all of our lives. And it starts with understanding how we work, and what is going on inside of each one of us.

Do you have a dysfunction or a negative pattern in your life? Do you attract negative relationships; never have enough money or continually sabotage or stop yourself from reaching the next level of happiness or success in your life? Do have a chronic condition: weight, pain, anxiety ,or an addiction? I can assure you that any negative pattern that you have not been able to resolve is happening because you have something stuck, looping, unprocessed in your nervous system. Until you go inside and get to the root cause of it, it will continue to cycle within you and create havoc in your life.

Trauma may now be starting to get the attention it deserves, but it still needs to be recognized for what it really is, not an incurable mental disorder that the person has to learn to cope with, but unfinished business. We now have the ability to complete that business and bring trauma to full resolution in a simple, safe and gentle manner, for the first time ever.

NTHP is a new, person centered, modality that, with the help of a trained facilitator, gives you safe and direct access to the cause of your dysfunction. Whether it is with your health, wealth, relationships or level fulfillment, this process guides you to what it is that you need. It is specific to you, because it is you. Through a left/ right-brain process and guided meditations you will be able to unfreeze the looping in your nervous system and bring it, naturally and easily back into present time; back into the peace and power of this present moment, where ‘it’s not happening anymore’.

Through this newly developed process we now have an opportunity to stop deep-seated cycles of abuse that have been passed on from generation to generation for centuries. To turn the momentum away from living in and passing on more fear, separation and limitation; to creating a safer, healthier, more loving and abundant life. The inside creates the outside; therefore if we want to change our life; it begins inside of us. We now have the ability and the opportunity to access the life inside of us easily, directly, safely and gently; and bring our past to resolution – for good. Not only is this the best thing you can do for you and your life, it is the best thing you can do for your family, your community and your world.

People with trauma's and chronic conditions running and ruining their lives need to know about this modality, and we need more people in the field trained in and using it. Contact us for more information and to learn about getting trained and certified. Once you do this work you will see how obvious and needed it is in the world. You will see that we can now make a direct impact on society today and insure greater safety and harmony for our future.
