Child abuse is often overlooked

"Learn to recognize the six signs of child abuse and sexual abuse: trouble  walking or sitting; knowledge or interest in acts inappropriate to his or her  age; makes strong efforts to avoid a specific person without an obvious reason;  does not want to change clothes in front of others or participate in physical  activities; a sexually transmitted disease or pregnancy, especially under the  age of 14; or runs away from home. The quicker the problem is identified, the  quicker help can begin.

P.S. One of the latent problems of sexual abuse or child abuse in the family and society is they seem to sweep this problem under the rug, or take it to the  grave."
