New National Data Just Released!
For the first time, national data on the prevalence of ACES among US children is available.
Findings from the 2011/12 National Survey of Children's Health show that nearly a third of US youth age 12-17 have experienced two or more adverse childhood events (30.5%), with a range of 28.9% to 53.7% across US states. http://childhealthdata.org/browse/allstates?q=2614&g=448&a=4577
