Screen Shot 2014-11-30 at 4.27.20 PM The Fall/Winter 2014 edition of IMPACT, the quarterly newsletter of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN), is out.

This edition describes Oklahoma’s journey in creating a trauma-informed state. It also showcases how one foster youth continues to make her voice heard, explores racial disparities in the juvenile justice system, and focuses on NCTSN centers in New York, Illinois, and Colorado.
