During the conference, Kaiser Permanente led a safety net town hall: “Trauma: An Exploration of How Innovative Safety Net Organizations are Addressing Social Determinants of Health.” Panelists were asked how health care sites identify
individuals at risk of suffering consequences from exposure to trauma, and to identify promising approaches and practices that disrupts the cycle. Additionally, they discussed quality improvement and research opportunities for advancing practice...."
