Job Description: Director, Fostering Futures (located in Milwaukee, WI)
The Fostering Futures (FF) Collaborative is accepting applications for a professional to join its leadership team and direct its statewide programming. Responsibilities include: build capacity to achieve project goals and priorities; coordinate core teams and advisory groups in pilot communities; strengthen capacity for evaluation; and grant management.
Job Duties
• Build FF’s capacity to achieve goals and priorities
• Facilitate a core team and advisory group in each pilot site
• Plan and participate in shared-learning experiences
• Provide grant management support
• Build relationships within each pilot community
• Strengthen FF’s capacity for program evaluation
• Support the development of a plan for FF’s long-term sustainability
