looking to submit an abstract for a conference on ACEs and adult health

I am a doctoral student in health education at Teachers College, Columbia University. I just finished collecting qualitative data for my dissertation on the influence of ACEs on self-management of type-2 diabetes in adults. I am interested in submitting an abstract (most likely a poster presentation) for an upcoming conference related to my topic. I would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations.
