MAPP seeks to identify community needs

"MAPP of the Southern Kenai Peninsula – the local collaborative for community health improvement – is conducting its second Community Health Needs Assessment from November 2012 – March 2013.

"The first part of the assessment includes a “Community Perceptions” survey that gives community members the opportunity to highlight the community’s strengths and needs....

"Additional parts of the Health Assessment include key informant interviews, quantitative health data, and determining what “Forces of Change” are presently influencing our community perceptions and actions. The survey will debut at the Rotary Health Fair this Saturday, and will be available at multiple locations around town. It can also be filled out online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/community_input. "
