It's fascinating! But I wonder why we always think in terms of "blame" and not "responsibility"? Blame seems like a very weighted judgemental term. Society does love to find someone to blame, but doesn't talk much about responsibility at all. I would love to see that change.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
