No, ACEs are not mentioned.  Visit advancingparenting.org to read the fifty parenting tips.  Adverse childhood experiences and the ACE Study is referenced on the home page though.

No, Kern County does not have an ACEs initiative and I don't know of anyone who would be interested.  Perhaps someone at Kern County Mental Health or Kern Department of Public Health or Alliance Against Family Violence of Kern.
