Part 2: CPTSD and The Pain of Loving Unavailable People

Early trauma like abuse and neglect in childhood can negatively impact our capacity to have healthy romantic relationships. This is the second of two excerpts from one video in my new course (there are 27 videos in total, all about changing negative relationship patterns that are common for people with Childhood PTSD). This video is about one of the worst of those patterns the attraction to unavailable and inappropriate people -- and how to stop dating them! If you missed Part 1, you can watch it here.

The new course is called "Dating and Relationships for People with Childhood PTSD," (straightforward, right?) and you can learn more, register and get instant access here.

If you think you have Childhood PTSD, and you're struggling to keep your emotions balanced, stay focused and live the life you want, you can register for my first course, "Healing Childhood PTSD" here.

Please follow this blog! When you're part of the community you get new posts and first notice of new webinars, videos and tools.

And be sure to subscribe to the Crappy Childhood Fairy YouTube Channel too! There' an amazing community there of people commenting, sharing their stories and helping each other with techniques they've used to recover.

See you next week...
