When will we realize that “so many broken people,” is Society's screw-up? It's 50% of OECD humans who have some terrible childhood emotional pain like Attachment Disorder.
Of course 10% or more have pain so bad, they can't live with what Russell calls the "hole within." This is a childhood wound to your brain stem! That's why it responds to the compassionate sound of Russell's friend's voice and that's why the "Anonymous" programs work: the wound was made when you didn't get that compassion in childhood.
