South Carolina to launch social impact bond program to improve maternal and child health

"South Carolina is one of the six jurisdictions that the Social Impact Bond Technical Assistance Lab (SIB Lab) at the Harvard Kennedy School and The Rockefeller Foundation selected to provide technical assistance for designing and implementing social impact bond programs. The six jurisdictions and the kinds of technical assistance are listed here.
