I totally agree! As Bessel van der Kolk said, "the imprint of trauma is most of all...in your reptilian brain" and that mind/body based tools like yoga are where help lies.
Thanks Chris ... I think we just need to make meditation and yoga everyday law !!! Just like we have to wear seat belts for safety, we need to do yoga and meditate everyday to reduce stress and protect ourselves and our children.. wishful thinking !!! Β
