The Traumatic Stress Institute is Hiring!

We are excited to announce a new job opportunity at the Traumatic Stress Institute (TSI) of Klingberg Family Centers. The Program Coordinator is a senior-level position in a growing department that is a leader in the field of trauma-informed care. 

The Traumatic Stress Institute's mission is to foster healing relationships for survivors of trauma and adverse childhood experiences by promoting excellence in trauma-informed care (TIC). TSI began with implementation of trauma-informed care at Klingberg and is now one of the leading organizations training other systems to implement TIC. It does so through two professional training models, Risking Connection and the Restorative Approach, its leadership in TIC research, and its role as a thought leader in the burgeoning TIC field. Over the past 10 years, TSI has cultivated a learning community of nearly 40 organizations that have adopted its model to implement and sustain TIC.


The position is 32-40 hours per week and includes full benefits. While working a our main campus in New Britain, CT (near Hartford) is preferred, we will consider candidates working virtually.
