Erin Jones is a mother of four children with special needs. She's also on the autism spectrum and has multiple chronic illnesses, anxiety and depression, according to The Mighty. Recently, Jones posted a photo of herself holding a prescription for medication she sought for anxiety and depression. The powerful message that accompanied it has struck a chord.
