Published quarterly, the newsletter is a source of innovative ideas for health system leaders, clinicians, and policymakers.

If we still had "Consumer Majorities" and the "Certificate-Of-Need" process of the old National Health Planning and Resources Development Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-641), this would certainly be a good start at a new model of care, and payment approaches, and an appropriate patient engagement strategy...... Now, with the "Precision Medicine Initiative" of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), perhaps a workable start of this is possible.
