Trauma dog brings gentle paw to Calgary Police Service - Canada

"On Monday, the CPS will introduce Hawk, a three-year-old Labrador Retriever, the service’s first trauma dog.

"Hawk, and his mild manner, will provide comfort to those who have had witnessed a crime or experienced a traumatic incident.

"The black Lab has been a part of the police service since October and has assisted victims of various ages, including high-risk youth, during police investigations...."
