Smile At Your Baby! was founded in Feb. 2011 in Pullman, WA. Potential board member candidates can live literally anywhere in the world so long as they have reliable Internet access. Please be familiar with ACEs, early childhood trauma, toxic stress and/or complex trauma. Further, a good understanding of the importance of the parent/infant bond and attachment is very useful. Board Member commitment is minimal, and is mostly conducted via email and/or Facebook. Expect to dedicate 5 hours a month. Unless, you have a strong background in accounting and would be interested in being our Treasurer, in which case, the time commitment would be approximately 10 hours a month on average.
