What are we doing in the U.S.?

There are a number of things the United States could learn from Iceland. If we examine their Constitution, what might we learn about Children's Rights, that are different from our own Constitution? If we ask their former Prime Minister, whether she ever had occasion to be shopping by herself in a grocery store, when she encountered a lone child who was distraught about having gotten separated from their parent[s] in the store, what she did to comfort the child, and to facilitate the child being reunited with their parent[s], in the store. Might we also ask, whether Iceland regards all their nation's children as a valuable natural resource, as a matter of public policy?.....

We could learn a lot from Iceland. During the 2013 World Health Organization's Assessment of the World's Healthiest Children (which they used the ACE screening tool for part of their assessment criteria), Iceland fared rather well (Netherlands was # 1).
