What Do You Do with this Free but Stressful Time? ACEs IMMUNITY

 

Adverse Childhood Experiences is a bit shrouded in the meaning. Please let me simplify it into actionable terms. What was done to you from the outside stick to you on the inside. Then what was done to you we continue to do to ourselves. When we were fed with a spoon soon we learned to feed ourselves with a spoon. When we were stressed shamed or blamed from the outside in, we then shame and blame ourselves on the inside as our habit. This is done consciously or subconsciously. The words adverse and stress are most used. When we are yelled at this is a highly toxic resonance bonding. The words used and the understandings formed are informational coupling. Stress is an academic word for fear and it is the fear response that imprints inside us with resonance bonding of the Informational coupling. Now we have from the events formed and bonded with the classic Fight or Flight, Freeze or Fawn response within-inside us from the events that happen to us from the outside. PTSD is such an example of the label used. So outside shaming blaming threatening and denying gets imprinted by fear inside us and is bound to our subconscious operating system as habits of feeling and responding to the world that was created In short we are a victim of Un-Discharged Traumatic Stress or in the emotional terms Un-Discharged Fear of Pain. Bonded Trauma is Stuck repeating Fear of Pain.  All wounding happens with Resonance Bonding and Informational Coupling. See this as feelings plus the corresponding thoughts and conclusions.  “I am not good enough.” for example is the thoughts or conclusion from being yelled at told no or denied and shamming over time. This Resonance bonding and Informational coupling is what defines us on the inside. Pain is the driving force with the denial of pain that keeps it hidden and operating subconsciously.

   So "What Do You Do" with the past pain and the mounting current fear of more pain ( stress )?  We reverse this process of imprinting and bonding by doing emotional exercises that let us experience an “act” of fear and an “act” of anger and an “act” of pain expression all matching or exceeding our original denied pain and fear response. It is just as easy to completely reverse the effects and habits of bonded childhood pain as it was to become wounded as a child. This is not a mystery nor unachievable without professional help to a nice degree for most people.  If you have past pain and fear from your childhood plus the new unknown fear that is forced on us now then learn the ACEs IMMUNITY exercises and do them as needed or often until you actually get relief.

    First Finding Your Lion Heart + going full Kali does the heavy lifting of our bonded Fight or Flight, Freeze or Fawn entanglement and finishes our past stuck, interrupted original expression. This is the Discharge of Painful Fear the exact opposite of Un-Discharged Painful Fear.  Go from Victim to Victor as your new self-image. Done in a theater format you do not have to relive your actual past pain directly.

   Next is a very fine and easy Heart Light Meditation that you do every morning while still in bed and every evening while you are going to bed. The healing from doing daily mediation are well known. Embodied breath strengthens and balances your polyvagal nerve that the Fight or Flight Response keep on high alert. Meditation also deepens your concentration while cleaning your mind. With this meditation, we actually go into our heart center and can pump up the energy and distribute this energy to our whole body.

   The third exercise is for installing inside your body choices. If you do not install choices then you have no choice. Hope is an installed choice as is gratitude. We do not have them unless we install them. This is what Polarity Flip Flops does. Everything is a polarity but we operate out of our imprinted conditioning so have one-sided habits. ( informational coupling )  Depression is an example of this “ No Choice” experience. With Depression all you are allowed to feel is the depression.  For every polarity you find Polarity Flip Flops gives you 4 choices. Done while walking this goes into your somatic body and sticks as a tool your body remembers. 

   The last exercise is simply Talking to the Parts of Yourself. By talking to the parts of self you build a relationship that is core and primary. From this relationship, you automatically increase self-love and self-care by 400%. This can be done daily or weekly as needed. You see them as your core inner family and can resolve conflicts with them. You can ask for advice from them. They are in fact aspects of your actual subconscious and as Karl Jung said you have to make your subconscious conscious. You can take on many roles with them like a Mentor and Ideal Parent or Family member, Healer or Therapist.

Note: I compiled these exercises for adults and children. As an adult, you need to learn them deeply enough to teach them to the children under your care. The children need to be old enough to be allowed to play adult war video games. Again this is not an actual therapy and I am not a therapist. This is more like an emotional gym so is therapeutic more than an actual therapy.  That said true resilience can be achieved with practice.
