Myra ter Meulen, Amsterdam, Netherlands -- Myra is a consultant in the prevention of child abuse and neglect. She tries to convince professionals that prevention at a very early stage prevents "so much trouble in later life".
Abigail Stewart-Kahn, San Francisco, CA -- Abigail is a clinical social worker who's worked with children exposed to violence and trauma. She's developing a Children's Advocacy Center and Center for Youth Wellness in San Francisco.
Lauren Maher, Venice, CA -- Lauren is a psychiatric social worker with the Los Angeles Unified School District. She's interested in educating parents on supportive parenting skills to break the generationally transmitted cycles of trauma.
Judy Parsons, Seattle, WA -- Judy is on the staff for the King County - Northshore/Shoreline Community Network in Washington State.
