We started out with Seven Ideal Characteristics of a Trauma-Informed Milieu Team, which included a rating sheet for your team.

Next we examined When Trauma Changes Our Team which included 27 ideas to help your team recover from tough times.

What is the role of the therapist in the milieu team? Our post“The Most Effective Therapists Ever” included a guide for therapists and teams.
