In light of the CDC guidance about public events and COVID-19, our fourth march will take place virtually on May 4, 2020!
We will be posting speeches, key calls to action and hosting live chat opportunities throughout the day on our social channels, including a community town hall from 1-2PM ET.
During these uncertain times, we must continue to be strong advocates for the support and dignity of mothers. The health care system has been exposed for what we all know as very fragile. This moment presents us with an opportunity to be creative about how we approach meaningful policy change for the mothers and families who now more than ever need our support.
One of the speakers is Charles Johnson of 4Kira4Moms whose wife passed during a C-section and how that moved him to advocacy as way to address this trauma.
