Safely enter into a mindfulness and meditation practices that can soothe and support anxiety through a mix of conscious breathing exercises, mindfulness, compassionate body scans and Buddhist meditation techniques such as RAIN, The Tonglen and Loving Kindness, that can help us expand our consciousness.
Participants are encouraged to come practice through a lens of curiosity and non-judgement.
