Target Audience
Clergy, Parish/Faith Community Nurses, Pastoral Ministers, BeFrienders, Stephen Ministers, church home visitors, Youth Ministers, teachers, other congregational volunteers and anyone working with children, or parents in church settings.
Purpose
The role of “integrator of faith and health” is a major focus of Parish Nursing. Parish Nursing looks at the person in a holistic way that includes Body, Mind, and Spirit. This workshop will provide information to nurses and others involved in health ministry to assist persons and families with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE).
