Current research that shows:

Adverse experiences in childhood can actually change our brains.
These changes can lead to chronic disease and poor health, problems in learning, problems forming supportive relationships, and a low tolerance for stress.

How we can change these outcomes. Join us and learn:

What we can do to protect the brain from the long-term consequences of ACEs, and reduce the risk of negative health outcomes.
How to improve our relationships through attachment.
How to take care of ourselves when living, working, or spending time with those who have been exposed to ACEs.
