African American Mothers Listening Circle

This Zoom listening circle is a sacred healing space dedicated to African American mothers who are experiencing vicarious trauma and fear during this time of heightened racialized violence and unequal pandemic threat.

This circle will be led by Minister Ursula McClure, M.Div. an African American mother and recent seminary graduate, and white ally and mother, Reverend Angela Jernigan. This is a program of The Family Spirit Center, where we cultivate conditions for healing, justice, and belonging for all families.

This is a safe healing space for you as an African American mother to connect, be heard, and held in a loving community.
