A 4-week workshop starting May 29th, held each Sunday for four weeks through to June 19th, from 9:00am to 1030am PST
Held Live via Zoom
About the Event
The purpose of this program is to promote healing and emotional freedom. It means giving ourselves permission to feel what we need to feel, and by extension to heal what we need to heal. It is an invitation to proactively and compassionately deal with the emotions and sensations that are stuck in our bodies because of past/current experiences in our life.
During this interactive workshop, you will learn & practice different types of breathing practices to get out of your mind and into your body. You will be able to take the tools for independent practice and continue to deepen your healing and release stuck patterns on your own. This is not a Breathwork Instructor training.
This 4-week online program will be held every Sunday at 9am PT / 6pm PARIS / 6pm CAIRO starting May 29, 2022 (then June 5, 12, & 19) via Zoom. Login details will be provided upon registration. Video replays and audio practices will be made available for 30 days.
This program is designed and facilitated by Pierre-Etienne Vannier, MSc, CHt.
