The California Health and Human Services Agency will host the third annual Innovation Conference on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 with support from the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF), The California Endowment (TCE), and the Blue Shield of California Foundation (BSCF).
The purpose of this one-day Let's Get Healthy California Innovation Conference is to celebrate the accomplishments of the first five years and to move us from building awareness to taking collective action on key areas of focus. The conference will include interactive activities and presentations that address Let's Get Healthy California priorities through upstream efforts and targeted interventions.
