Dr. Sandra Bloom, founder of the Sanctuary Model of Care and associate professor at Drexel University’s School of Public Health, will deliver the keynote speech.

Attendees will learn about the evidence-based system of trauma-informed practices, how violence causes a deep lack of safety resulting in a traumatic impact in the lives of the people of Camden, and the new avenues of hope and possibility for the city.
