Compassion Prison Project hosts these circles to connect to the core of humanity that lives within us all. The circles aren't always easy, but as one participant so perfectly put it, sometimes you need to break out the stinky fertilizer and spread it around to help the garden grow. Sometimes you start off not even sure what's in that fertilizer bag. Sometimes you know it well.

These circles are interactive. There are no spectators, observers, auditors, etc. This doesn't mean you need to share or speak at all if you choose not to, but in the past some of said they thought they were attending as a witness to the circle. Participants come from all sorts of backgrounds, and what we'll realize through this session is how connected we all are regardless of our individual experiences.
