Empowering Adaptable Communities: Building Resilience in Vulnerable Populations

Atlantic Center for Population Health Sciences is proud to present: Empowering Adaptable Communities:
Building Resilience in Vulnerable Populations.

This interactive, multi-disciplinary summit will bring together leading thought leaders and model initiatives to respond to these foundational questions:

How can we build resilience in vulnerable populations?
How can we collectively envision changes to make the difference between thriving, healthy populations and increased dysfuntion and distress?

Join us on November 4 -5 to make a sustainable difference in unprecedented ways across sectors, engage all voices, and develop innovative, collaborative solutions to intractable population health problems. Opening reception on Tuesday night (5:00 -8:00 PM) and Wednesday (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Hors d'oeuvres and rerefreshments served. Wednesday includes breakfast and lunch. CME and CEU credits will be offered for participation.
