TIMBo (Trauma-informed Innovations for Mind/Body is a 16 week workbook-based program that teaches participants actionable embodied practices and tools to address symptoms of trauma and toxic stress in the body. Each session includes psycho-education around body sensations and our limbic system, conscious breathing, mindful movement and meditation that can transform how we feel and deal with internal and external triggers. Together we will move towards healing, connection and growth. This session is currently a female-identified only group, and the practice is accessible to all bodies and levels of experience.
