Learning to forgive is one of the core components of building internal contentment. We have all been hurt or wronged over the course of our lives and have also, likely, causing harm to others in some way. Forgiveness is a practice that builds momentum with time and intention. During this workshop, we will practice three forgiveness-focused exercises to support building our internal capacity to let go and find freedom.
** Note: For this workshop, you will want to be in a private space that feels safe and comfortable so that you can gain the most from the exercises.
