We know that making time for mindfulness and self-care practices can be hard, so we want to provide you with an opportunity to engage in short practices with us! This week, we will learn about some of the physical and mental health benefits associated with spending time in nature. Since this is a virtual training, we will not be able to engage in an outdoor activity together, but we will provide several ideas for how to do this and we hope you will make a plan to spend some time outdoors!
