In this webinar, participants will learn how to:
- How to dramatically improve your trauma treatment outcomes by formally eliciting client feedback at the end of each session using five FST| Family Systems Trauma Model ethnographic questions (i.e., “What was most and least helpful in session today?)
- What ethnographic research methods are in general and how this approach is ideal to enhance the treatment gains clients make in FST trauma therapy.
- How the FST Motivational Phone Call at the onset of treatment complements the FST Ethnographic Interview at the end of treatment to empower our client’s to be active co-collaborators in the trauma treatment process.
- The five ethnographic questions used to elicit client feedback and the timing of when and how to ask these questions.
