Based on input from more than 40 practitioners, this webinar shares advice on how local government can boost your efforts to prevent gang violence, child abuse, bullying, and other forms of violence. Find a common agenda that the community and local government can all support, and figure out what you can ask of local schools, health, criminal justice and other sectors. Guest speakers in Portland, Maine, and Houston will share what they’ve been able to accomplish through multi-sector partnerships and how they’ve dealt with challenges along the way. Join us!
