Gratitude is a healing practice that creates positive changes in the brain over time, moving our internal focus to health and well-being. In this practice workshop, we will explore three gratitude practices together and learn how they impact our brains and our well-being. For this workshop, you will want to be in a private and safe enough space to engage fully in the exercises.
