In the face of uncertainty and stress, feeling hopeful or thinking optimistically about our lives can be very challenging. How do we continue to move forward in the face of hardship? What personal motivations are still pushing you forward in spite of overwhelming stress and responsibility? In this workshop we will learn about different strategies that can help us cultivate our capacity for a more hopeful and optimistic state of mind.
