Healthy boundaries are part of the building blocks in establishing a healthy relationship with yourself and others. In the first class, we will explore types of boundaries and setting healthy boundaries with yourself.
The following week, we will go over communicating boundaries in an effective and respectful manner and establishing healthy boundaries with others. Recording of the class (available for 30 days), PDF file of class content and boundaries worksheets included.
