With EFT trainers Gail Palmer and Jim Furrow and with the blessings of Sue Johnson, Drs. Nancy and Paul Aikin are offering a Hold Me Tight for Families with Teens pilot workshop.
We will utilize Dr. Sue Johnson’s empirically validated concepts of love modified to fit the attachment systems present in family life. This is an educational, enrichment program designed to strengthen the bonds between teens and parents.
With the help of exercises, structured conversations, and group support, families will grow appreciation of how to rely on each other when Hold Me Tight is accompanied by Let Me Go during this important transitional stage of family life.
For this first pilot workshop, we are looking for families with teens between the ages of 13 and 19.
Cost: $500 per family
