How to Help Quickly, BEFORE Your Other Modalities: RRR

How to Help Quickly, BEFORE Your Other Modalities: RRR

Dear Community, the Rapid Regulation and Release class is offered to you with gratitude and anticipation.  Over my 20 years of working alongside others, I have learned that the modalities employed are not nearly as important as the person offering them, and that often the first thing we must all do is help the other get back into their body.  From this embodied state, we can offer a plethora of helpful protocols, adapted from everything useful I have learned to date.  But to help with ANY protocols, we must BE and FEEL SAFELY EMBODIED, first.  That's why I offer you again this course, on Monday:

Rapid Regulation and Release is immediately useful for:

  • Yourself, as caregiver, therapist or healer, to rapidly ground and balance
  • Your clients, before work begins, creating and holding the safely embodied state from which you will work with your presence and wisdom to help and support them
  • Your clients, during the work. Every one of us has experienced a client suddenly being triggered, overwhelmed and thrown off balance, unable to completely attend to your words (or make sense of their own) as their PFC and word centers become temporarily unavailable.
  • Your clients who've experienced or even just witnessed a traumatic event or situation; you can help them address and release the reactivity almost immediately, so it does not get encoded as such. (This can also be used to begin safely addressing past, unresolved experiences that did become encoded as unresolved trauma.)
  • Your encounters with everyday people trying to navigate an increasingly triggering and chronically reactive world.

My goal is to present a practical, helpful and swift set of adaptations to all who would expand their current modality toolboxes.  These are culled from observing their efficacy over 20 years.

It's a full, live, interactive workshop, 9am-2pm EST this Monday, Feb. 27th, on ZOOM. There will be breakouts, hand-outs and checklists so that the information can be self-assessed and retained for your appropriate uses.  There is a small charge for the day that goes to support my many pro-bono activities in support of healing across the world.

THANK YOU for considering, attending, passing along the word to whomever could benefit.
