In this series, the focus will be on a different topic to promote self-care each month. We will have a short discussion forum to facilitate support and compassion for participants and then close with a guided meditation to promote that month's self-care topic. Yes, there are many free offerings of guided meditation recordings. I invite you to come experience the benefits of practicing one in real-time with others and healing through community. Join me on the 2nd Wednesday each month to explore a new topic.
