DECEMBER TOPIC: How to Integrate Self-Compassion Every Day and Why We Need It.
In this wellness social, we will talk about simple ways we can practice self-compassion every day.  There are many benefits to practicing self-compassion, here are a few:
  • Reduce stress
  • Increase self-worth and self-esteem
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with self and others
  • Foster healing
We will close with a guided meditation to encourage self-compassion and promote relaxation.
In the Wellness Wednesday series, the focus will be on a different topic to promote self-care each month. We will have a short discussion forum to facilitate support and compassion for participants and then close with a guided meditation to promote that month's self-care topic. Yes, there are many free offerings of guided meditation recordings. I invite you to come experience the benefits of practicing one in real-time with others and healing through community. Join me on the 2nd Wednesday each month to explore a new topic.
